Full Service
Our full service projects encompass all aspects of the project, managing everything from initial concept to final installation. We handle procurement of materials, selection of furnishings, creation of essential drawings, compliance with building codes, coordination of contractors and consultants, and supervision of installers.
Design Only
This service includes the essential products, concept boards, construction drawings, and code requirements. The completed designs are handed over to the client and it is their responsibility to execute them.
Consulting
This service is available on an as-needed basis to assist with project oversight and provide expertise in design elements and details.

Below we have provided a general overview of the processes for a New Construction, Remodel, Decorating, and Staging project. This will help you have a clear understanding of what to expect from us.
NEW CONSTRUCTION
Step 1: Initial Consultation
1st: We will review the plans from the Architect.
2nd: We will have a discussion about your goals, vision, styles and guidelines for the project.
3rd: Designs Daly will explain our background and why we would be a good fit for your project.
4th: Designs Daly will ask you some questions so we can create an accurate proposal for you.
Note: The first hour is complementary.
Step 2: Designs Daly will create a proposal using our resources and your guidelines from our initial meeting.
Step 3: When the proposal is approved, Designs Daly will begin to create the conceptual designs for your project. Then, we will schedule a design meeting to discuss the concepts.
Step 4: After we review the concepts with you, we will make any revisions that are necessary and then start to work on the construction documents and product sourcing.
Step 5: We will then schedule a meeting with you to discuss the first phase. Depending on the scope of work, we could have multiple phases to work through until the project is ready for the permits and contractor meetings. Additional consultants will need to be hired as well depending on the scope of work.
Step 6: We will submit the drawing set for permits.
Step 7: Once the permits are collected by the hired contractor, we will finalize the quoting and start to place the orders for the products.
Step 8: We will be at the job site weekly to review progress and review any complications.
Step 9: Necessary consultants will meet at the site with us to get measurements and gather information.
Step 10: When the construction portion is complete, Designs Daly will work with the consultants so that the rest of the products can be installed.
