Our full service new construction projects encompass an initial design overview consultation, a detailed project proposal, an in-depth review of the architectural plan set and a client questionnaire, as well as the development of conceptual and schematic designs. We provide 3D modeling, presentation boards, product samples, and complete construction document sets that are permit ready. Additionally, we procure all necessary products for your project, source the required contractors and consultants, collaborate with the contractors to secure permits, conduct job site meetings and reviews, manage consultants, and install your furniture and decor.
