The aim of this project was to support two empty nesters in remodeling their property to meet their needs for the next two decades and beyond, independent of their children. We began with the renovation of the home office, followed by updates to the common areas and the primary suite. Currently, we are undertaking the remodeling of the garage, with several bathrooms still awaiting renovation. The entire property is expected to be completed within the next year. The design palette for the project features warm tones, creating a rustic organic feel throughout the home.
