NEW CONSTRUCTION

Whether the architect is finalizing the architectural drawing set or the builder is completing the rough framing stage, Designs Daly is equipped to design and manage all subsequent phases. Alyssa provides comprehensive designs, detailed drawings, sourcing, and project management for architectural components, windows and doors, finishes, fixtures, appliances, cabinetry or custom pieces, as well as furniture, soft goods, and decor.

REMODELING

If you are considering remodeling all of your home, your bathroom or kitchen, adopting an open-concept design or updating a commercial building Designs Daly is prepared to coordinate and oversee the entire process for you. Alyssa’s services encompass design, drafting, permit acquisition in partnership with licensed contractors, as well as sourcing and managing all required products and installations.

FURNITURE & DECOR

If your space has recently undergone remodeling or is in need of a refreshed aesthetic, Designs Daly is ready to provide a comprehensive furniture and décor design tailored to your specifications. Alyssa manages the design process, procurement, and installation to ensure a seamless experience.

FULL SERVICE DESIGN PROCESS

After you submit your inquiry form, Alyssa will call you. She'll get more details about your project, tell you about the Designs Daly processes, and then she will schedule an in-person consultation with you. During this consultation, we'll discuss the project scope, spend time learning more about you, take photos, and get any necessary measurements. This helps Alyssa so she can create a customized Welcome Package for you.
INITIAL PHONE CALL & CONSULTATIONSTEP 1
After our first consultation, Designs Daly will prepare a custom Welcome Package tailored to you. This package details everything we discussed, and Alyssa encourages you to review it carefully. It covers the Scope of Work, Project Phases, Project Fees & Schedule, Vendors & Trade information, and all necessary legalities.
WELCOME PACKAGESTEP 2
The design development will be carried out in accordance with the agreed-upon scope of work. This will include site measurements, concept designs, necessary construction documents and 2D drawings, 3D drawings, as needed, product sourcing and management.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENTSTEP 3
Upon the completion of all designs, drawings, and products, Designs Daly will coordinate with all necessary contractors, consultants, and vendors for the project. Estimates and permits will be secured, product orders placed, and contractors will commence their respective scopes of work.
PROJECT COORDINATION AND CONSTRUCTIONSTEP 4
When all of the construction work is completed the soft goods will then be installed by the consultants, the handyman and Designs Daly.
FURNITURE AND DECOR INSTALLATIONSSTEP 5
This is the most exciting part! A comprehensive walkthrough will be conducted to assess the transformation and the newly developed spaces in detail. Designs Daly will also provide a project package for you that includes instructions and information about your newly designed spaces.
