The objective of this project is to renovate this property from the 1940’s and convert it into two rental units. The primary residence interior features a warm, earthy ambiance complemented by vibrant accents, while the finishes will be durable enough to endure future tenants. The detached garage will be turned into an ADU with its own private yard.
