Alyssa’s husband bought this property with the goal to turn it into rentals. As goals changed, the property ended up being designed and remodeled with the plan to sell it in a few years. We wanted the style of the home to reflect similar properties in the area as well as the west end lifestyle of Ventura. We chose neutral materials that would last for years to come and selected pieces that we could move to the next home while also complimenting the finishes chosen. The property is relaxing, earthy, low maintenance and compliments some of the existing charm from the 1940’s style.
